Olumide is a trained business administrator whose 19 years of experience span across major sectors of the Nigerian economy. He started his career as a trader in the downstream of the oil&gas sector in Nigeria.

With a Bsc in business administration & management and years of experience, He has acquired business development strategies,business management and business planning & marketing in his professional career. In the real estate sector, he's done some constructions and mega sales of properties & acquisitions for clients.

He is currently the Managing Director of E5icient Global Services Nig Ltd. His most recent project involves working with some experts in the development of a Power Plant in Nigeria.

Co-founded E5icient Global Services Nig Ltd which was incorporated in the year 2010.

Abayomi Olarinmoye is a management consultant and currently heads the energy and utilities businesses for Accenture Nigeria. Prior to this, she worked with a multinational consumer care company as a brand manager. After her post-graduate studies, she joined SmithKline Beecham as a management trainee and was promoted to Brand Manager before she moved into Business Consulting. She enjoys helping businesses to transform into high-performing organizations.

Over the past twenty years, Abayomi has managed/worked on Local Content Strategy Development, Business strategy and planning, Organizational Improvement, Market assessment, Sustainable development, Market Strategy development and implementation, Business performance improvement, Industry Business development and implementation and Manpower development and Brand management/launch projects for several Clients locally and globally.

She has acquired multi-faceted skills covering Strategy Development & Implementation, Manpower Development, Business Modelling & Architecture Design, Stakeholder Management, Programme planning and implementation(PMO), Project Management and Organisational Design & Improvement.

She holds a degree in Zoology from the Obafemi Awolowo University , Nigera and a post-graduate degree (M.Sc.) from the University of Ilorin, also in Nigeria. Abayomi is happily married with children.

A Mechanical Engineering professional and recipient of several notable awards,including the World Bank “Innovators of tomorrow award”. He holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He has also attended several Continuing Development trainings in Cranfield University, UK and made the shortlist of the UK’s Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng)’s “Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation”.

Tolu’s past experience spans the successful development and delivery of both renewable and conventional (Gas Turbine) power plant projects. He has successfully developed several captive independent power plants, with capacities ranging from 5 MW to 30 MW, in Nigeria. Some of his notable past project experience in Nigeria include: the 13.02 MW First Power Limited Ijora Independent Power Plant Project, the 15 MW Standard Metallurgical Company Shagamu Independent Power Plant Project, the 16.5 MW Shoreline Power Shagamu Independent Power Plant Project and the 30 MW ODSG Ore Independent Power Plant Project.

He is actively involved in the development of new power project opportunities both within and outside the country.

Bola is a UK-trained lawyer specializing in Corporate, Commercial & Energy Law. He started his career as an in-house lawyer with Messrs Turner & Newall before moving into private practice with Messrs Linder Myers and Davenport Lyons Solicitors.

He left legal practice in 2001 to co-found Maine Oil & gas Corporation, a Junior E&P company that successfully acquired two oil blocks in the Nigeria 2005 Bid Round. In 2007, Bola co-found Crossharbour Partners, a strategy consulting group (where he facilitated negotiations for large-scale infrastructure investments between the CITIC Group and the Nigerian government), before stints as CEO of both Alphapetro Ltd and Astra Petroleum Ltd, oil trading companies with NNPC term crude contracts and lifting contracts with SIR Refinery, Abidjan. Bola subsequently joined PPI Limited, an Energy Resource Group with assets in the Nigeria Power sector (through Genesis Electricity Limited) and ownership of NNPC Term Crude and IOC gasoil supply Contracts.

Bola is currently a CEO of Port2Port West Africa Limited, a Maritime Security Company specialising in counter-piracy operations in the Gulf of Guinea and Chairman of Trans Ocean Consultants, a shipbuilding and maintenance company promoting the establishment of a $100 million state-of-the-art Shipbuilding & Maintenance complex to be located offshore Lagos, Nigeria. Bola owns a portfolio of private equity interests in various companies across the petroleum, real estate, maritime, sports management and mining sectors.

Bola holds and LLB (Hons) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
